About Fu-Lann Tao

I am Tao. In ancient Chinese, it means the Way and the Path, which we all are.
I am also a Quantum Voyager who desires to travel with no footprints.
I ask myself: Is it conflicting for a quantum voyager to state the past?
Perhaps, not if I do not identify with it. Identities are always limitations and bondages to the
past. Yet, past, to me, is not to be denied and rejected but to be reflected upon and let go.
My former selves are like slices of parellel realities. Each has its own
history. I have evolved from all of them. I know them.
I respect them. They are what they should be. No more, no
less. But I am on my evolutionary path to engage more realities yet to be known and to write the history yet to be written.
I am the Journey, the Way, the Path.
So, instead of identifying with ers' and ists'. I state my short biography simply as this :
I have always been singing since I had memory. But this ability was surpressed when I grew
up.Interestingly, I followed my inner passion to become a
dancer. I was an Anthropology and Philosophy major when I was a undergraduate student in the National Taiwan
University. I became a Dance major when I was in graduate study in the University of Kansas. In later
years, when I was more mature in my dance,I began to integrate my singing to my dance-theater
performances. My art is based on dance but knows no category.
I have created many dance works and have been able to perform with my dance
company, namely, PATH OF TAO, throughout Taiwan. I was invited to Hong
Kong, Japan and Malaysia for International Dance Conferences and Art
Festivals. I performed in New York City in 1995.
These are some reviews of my dance works:
"....many moments of breathtaking beauty..." New York Times
"....dreamlike yet physical, they are like paintings you can immerse yourself for a long
time.
It is very mysterious how this works...." Village Voice
".....she brings up a new horizon to the dance world of Taiwan...." Taiwan Ming-Sheng News

I have been a senior lecturer in the dance department of National Institute of Fine
Arts, now, the National Taipei University, for over 10 years teaching choreography and
improvisation. I also worked with children, handicapped people and with special education and offered workshops to teachers in

these fields.
I used to call my dance
workshop DANCE OF LIFE.But with the deeper understanding of the
relationship betweenthe Divine Within and Life,I now name my workshop
simply the
DIVINE DANCE. Life is
the Dance that flows through the Divine Source within.I offer
workshops for people of all ages.

I developed my own singing/chanting style and composed in solo as well as in group forms.
I have published two books on dance, namely, Book on Dance (1994,Taipei) and Concerning
Body(1997,Taipei).
I wrote numerous articles and short stories that were published in newspapers and magazines in Taiwan.
These were the dreams fulfilled. I have reached my
destinies and smelled the fragrance of my flowers.
Now, it is time for new dreams.
New dreams that are built upon the incorporation of knowledge
and teachings from my Master Teacher, Ramtha.
I am a student of Ramtha School of Enlightenment.
I am Tao, the Way and the Path, just like you.
I am a Quantum Voyager,just like you....
