Mukti is a psychologist & professor at the Evergreen State College on inter-cultural communication & expressive art. Fu-Lann is a free-lanced dancer-choreographer. They have had over 25 years of experience in their own field of work.

They are collaborating for the first time to bring together their expertise for an inner journey of wellness and wonders of life through creativity in movement and visual art.

Basic knowledge of quantum physics and brain neurology will be introduced and integrated as a part of the class as well as simple manipulation of kundalini and breath.

SACRED DANCE is the expressive and creative movement that flows from the deeper, DIVINE SOURCE WITHIN. Through the Sacred Moving Temple--Body in the Beingness of Now, we begin to realise the Greater-Self within. A deeper understanding of breath, energy and kudalini is integrated throughout the class.
